Humanized care of the nursing professional.

Abstract

Care is an activity that concerns all health professionals. In nursing, more effort, time and dedication are devoted to care. It covers two dimensions: one immersed in culture, with its in- dividual and collective practices; the other is the moral, which assigns to care a value that legit- imizes acting. The essence of nursing is care, these should be constituted by transpersonal and intersubjective actions to protect, improve humanity by helping the person to find a meaning to the disease or suffering. Information was collected in different databases of the last 10 years, about humanized care in nursing professionals. A review of scientific articles was carried out using key words such as: care, humanization in health, nursing professional, user satisfaction. In total, forty-five articles were used, which are within the time range of 2009 to 2018 for the present review work.
