This article contains a reflection on educational processes relating to the teaching of law within social and human sciences. The study focuses specifically on Constitutional Law and the Inter-American System of Human Rights. The teaching of law is studied from an interdisciplinary perspective within a legal framework that defines the trends and development of higher education programs, which regulates undergraduate and postgraduate training in legal sciences articulated to human rights.
