Abstract

When was the last time you made a decision? Where to eat for lunch, I must give up my job. It is this apartment that is worth renting. These are apparently normal questions that one might have. And how did you come to your final decision? When considering alternatives for your apartment; You can see the cost, the distance from work or family, the daily travel time with the possibility of intense traffic and whether you will be satisfied with these concessions. These decision questions have complexity, competing alternatives, risk / uncertainty and concessions are seen from multiple perspectives. Decision analysis is a method to help decision making by formally and explicitly evaluating alternatives, uncertainty, risks, benefits and consequences.
