Abstract

Between 25% and 60% of cases are associated with multiple trauma, mainly cranial, thoracic, pelvic and long-bone trauma. The majority of patients with MRT They come from traffic or labor accidents, which is very common to see every day, and the various parts of Colombia. In addition to mortality, it is important to take into account the personal, socio-family and economic consequences, which lead to a public health problem, the following article allows the review of the current status and management of patients who are victims of these pathologies.
